Specializing in retail properties, Paul has successfully acquired, managed, and developed a portfolio of assets that consistently deliver strong returns. He has worked for publicly traded REITs such as Regency Centers (REG), Brixmor Property Group (BRX) & Site Centers (SITC), most recently he spent 7 years helping Blackstone (BX) build their retail portfolio company ShopCore Properties. Paul’s extensive experience and professional network span the Western United States, Texas, and the Midwest.
